Snowline™ & Ranger™ News

The main Snowline™ & Ranger™ news is – Jason and Tracey have sold “Cheddar Valley Station” and purchased “Elgin” in West Otago. Its a great property with 1182 hectares of mostly paddocks, and excellent tree lanes, and ranging in altitude from 370m -570 above sea level. The 6000 ewes scanned at just under 200% with only 1.6% dry, so they have adjusted to the shift really well. Jason’s dogs are fatter with smaller blocks and hes skinnier (so he reckons) with lots more break fencing.

Snowline™ Rams Export News

We are exporting 16 Snowline™ ram hoggets to the UK.  Frank Langrish of “Langrish Farmers” who farms in Sussex in the UK was looking for export rams to go over his 5000 ewes, that would be improvers of fine wool, constitution, meat yield and came from unshepherded ewes.

And Frank chose Snowline™ Rams.

They are in quarantine at Woodville and are flying Singapore Airlines to Heathrow with water and nuts on the menu!
